How can we help?

KeyLines developers run our support team during normal working hours (9am-5pm GMT, Monday to Friday on business days). We can help with:

  • Queries on implementing KeyLines features.
  • Unexpected or undocumented behaviour that might be a bug.
  • Issues with following demos or documentation, or using source code.
  • Accessing the KeyLines site.
  • Requests for new features or enhancements.
  • Requests to improve the documentation.

Support Process

Every bug report goes through our rigorous support process:

  • It's logged immediately and you'll hear from us within one working day. In reality, our response times are much faster - typically within hours.
  • We try to reproduce it.
  • It's prioritised depending on how serious the impact is.
  • Once we've understood the issue, we'll let you know when to expect a fix. If it's a quick fix, we'll roll out a patch within days. Fixes to more complex issues are usually included in the next regularly released version.
  • When the fix is available, we'll contact you again to check things are working as expected.

Feature requests are important to us - every request is considered by our product management team and prioritised in our feature backlog alongside planned improvements.
